Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Sales Associate to join the campus Sales & Growth Team. The role supports the Director of Sales with customer-related tasks, including answering phones, assisting with tours, managing data and leads, and handling customer inquiries.

Responsibilities include executing the sales process to improve census, generating admissions via referrals, and maintaining CRM data while coordinating move-in activities and campus events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executes sales process and the conversion to move-in percentages resulting in overall census with a focus on private pay.
• Generates admissions through referral partnerships and advancing the inquiry sales process through follow-up and closing to achieve daily/weekly/monthly expectations in partnership with the CSR and Executive Director; ensure 10 call outs per day and daily use of CRM to drive sales.
• Responds to referrals and inquiries promptly, with timely follow-up; participates with leadership to handle inquiries/referrals and CRM management.
• Supports welcoming new customer standards and communicates move-in activities (welcome gift, move-in communication and paperwork).
• Assists with planning, coordinating, and executing campus events including Senior Executive Club and community events.
• Ensures campus is tour ready with marketing collateral, tour path, model room, first impressions, and tour stations; conducts tours as part of the primary team.
• Answers a multi-line phone system in a prompt, courteous and professional manner directing callers
