This role focuses on driving admissions, coordinating events, and delivering a welcoming campus experience. You will work with CSR and leadership to meet daily/weekly/monthly sales goals, leveraging referral partnerships and CRM tools while ensuring strong customer service at

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone calls, tours, and inquiries in a courteous, timely manner.
• Support admissions through referral partnerships and CRM follow-up.
• Assist with move-in activities and campus event planning.
• Ensure tour readiness with materials and spaces.
• Maintain data accuracy in the CRM and relay information to the team.
