Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-duty shift lead for Food & Beverage operations, including Bulldog Bistro and Bar.
• Supervise and support frontline staff to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food, beverage, and customer service.
• Oversee daily cash handling, cash drawer counts, POS reporting, and deposits.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate daily operational needs to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Uphold health and safety standards and responsible alcohol service.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations during events.
