Job summary

The Scion Group LLC is seeking a Facilities Manager to ensure safety and functionality of the property's buildings and equipment. The role leads the onsite Facilities team, coordinates third-party vendors, and drives preventive maintenance to meet Scion standards in a fast-paced, multi-unit residential environment.

Applicants should have extensive experience with building systems, strong leadership, and a track record of reliably delivering results.

Qualifications

• Requires 8 years of relevant experience managing building systems in multi-unit residential properties.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience.
• EPA 608 Universal certification; Boiler operator certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all building services and maintenance programs following SOPs and regulations.
• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical and life-safety systems across the property.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and capital projects within budget and timelines.
• Lead Facilities Technicians and ensure work orders meet Scion standards and are documented.
