Job summary

The Scion Group LLC is seeking a Facilities Manager for a multi-unit residential property. You will lead the onsite facilities team to maintain building systems, coordinate third-party vendors, and ensure safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance across all facilities operations.

Key qualifications include 8+ years in facilities management, 5+ years supervising teams, and strong experience with BAS, HVAC, plumbing and life-safety systems. On-site role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED, trade school or equivalent.
• 8 years of relevant experience managing building systems in multi-unit residential properties, plus 5 years supervisory experience.
• 5 years’ experience with building automation systems and life safety systems.
• EPA 608 Universal certification; Boiler operator/Stationary Engineer license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all building services and preventive maintenance per SOPs and regulations.
• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, BAS and related systems.
• Supervise Facilities Technicians and document service requests to Scion standards.
• Inspect facilities, coordinate vendor work, and review completed repairs for quality.
