Job summary

The Scion Group is seeking a Maintenance Manager to safeguard the safety and functionality of our properties while leading the onsite Facilities team and coordinating with vendors. You will drive preventive maintenance programs, ensure compliance with codes, and provide expert leadership in a fast-paced collegiate environment.

This role requires a strong background in building systems, life-safety, and budget management, with the ability to manage shifts and emergencies.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience managing building systems in multi-unit properties.
• 2 years’ experience with building automation and life-safety systems.
• EPA 608 Universal certification; CPO or plan to obtain within six months.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage all building services and preventive maintenance per SOPs and OSHA codes.
• Supervise HVAC, plumbing, electrical and BAS operations daily.
• Prioritize and schedule maintenance to Scion standards.
• Oversee Facilities Technicians and vendor management.
• Maintain records and manage facilities budget with GM.
