Job summary

The Scion Group is hiring a Facilities Manager to protect and optimize the safety and functionality of our residential properties. You will lead the onsite Facilities team and coordinate with third‑party vendors, ensuring reliable operation across HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems.

We seek an experienced leader with strong problem solving, able to manage preventive maintenance programs and respond swiftly to emergencies while upholding Scion’s standards and budgets.

Qualifications

• 8 years’ experience managing building systems in multi-unit residential properties
• 5 years’ supervisory experience
• EPA 608 Universal certification and HVAC expertise

Responsibilities

• Manage all building services and preventive maintenance programs to industry standards and Scion SOPs
• Oversee day-to-day operations including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and BAS
• Monitor systems and provide diagnostics, preventive maintenance, annual testing, and certifications
• Lead and coach Facilities Technicians and manage service requests within Scion standards
• Oversee budget, vendor bids, and contract work; ensure safety and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate emergency response and ensure proper key management and asset protection
