Job summary

The Scion Group seeks a Maintenance Manager to ensure safety and the functionality of our properties’ buildings and equipment, leading the onsite Facilities team and coordinating with trusted vendors.

This role demands strong leadership, advanced problem solving, and unwavering follow-through in a fast-paced, collegiate environment. You may assist other properties as needed to uphold Scion standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage all building services and preventative maintenance programs to industry standards and Scion SOPs.
• Supervise day-to-day operations including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and general building maintenance.
• Monitor systems, perform diagnostics and coordinate major maintenance across building systems.
• Oversee life safety systems and emergency preparedness.
• Hire, train and develop Facilities team members and manage budgets.
