Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with strong attention to detail and customer service.
• Comfortable with physical work: lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including daytime, evenings, and weekends.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Passion for creativity and contributing to an inclusive, collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain all campus areas to ensure a safe, clean, welcoming environment.
• Track and manage inventory of supplies and communicate needs to avoid shortages.
• Reset and clean meeting rooms, studios, restrooms, and member areas.
• Support studio and AV teams with event setups, resets, and production needs.
• Keep café, scullery, prep kitchen, and restrooms spotless and safe.
• Manage trash, dishware, and utensils to maintain health standards.
• Report maintenance issues promptly and assist managers with tasks.
• Maintain a 360 view of space and reset furniture as needed.
• Ensure restrooms are clean and organized.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with best practices.
• Assist with café operations: food prep, service, dishwashing, POS transactions.
• Utilize campus tools for communication and organizing.
• Assist in other duties as needed and support event setup/teardown.
