Job summary

The Lighthouse, part of Whalar Group, seeks a Campus Support team member in Venice, CA. You will help keep studios, common spaces, restrooms, and the cafe running smoothly and looking their best, while supporting events and daily operations.

You’ll work in a fast-paced campus environment, assisting with event setups, cleaning, restocking, and guest assistance. Strong communication and a proactive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced environments with strong attention to detail and customer service.
• Comfortable with physical work: lifting up to 30 lbs, standing, bending, and moving.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Passion for creativity and contributing to an inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain campus areas to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
• Track and manage inventory of supplies and report needs.
• Reset and clean meeting rooms, studios, restrooms, and common spaces.
• Support studio/AV teams with event setups and production needs.
• Handle café operations: food prep, service, and POS transactions as needed.
• Keep spaces stocked and tidy, including café, kitchen, and restrooms.
• Report maintenance issues promptly and assist managers with tasks.
• Maintain high health and safety standards in all spaces.
• Assist with events, setup/tear-down, and post-event cleanup.
• Engage in ongoing training and adhere to best practices.
