Job summary

The Lighthouse, part of Whalar Group, seeks a welcoming Reception Team member to be the first point of contact for members and guests. You will manage daily operations, assist with events, and coordinate with campus teams to ensure smooth experiences in a dynamic, culture-centered environment.

Two or more years in hospitality or customer service, plus strong communication and reliability, are essential. Evening/weekend shifts available; a related arts/hospitality credential is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in hospitality or customer service.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms or willingness to learn.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Arts or hospitality degree/certificate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and guests with a warm, professional welcome.
• Manage daily reception operations: check-ins, meeting-room bookings, and coordination with Valet, Security, and leadership.
• Support event day tasks, including setup and check-in for partner events.
• Become proficient with the Peoplevine CRM and use it to inform service.
• Collaborate with team to enhance member experience and address issues.
