Job summary

The Lighthouse, part of Whalar Group, seeks a hands-on Campus Support team member to keep studios, spaces, and café running smoothly. You’ll ensure spaces are tour-ready, support events, and help daily operations to create an exceptional experience for members, guests and staff in a dynamic, creator-focused environment.

In this role you’ll monitor areas, manage supplies, reset rooms, assist AV and cafe teams, and help maintain safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in fast-paced environments.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and move across spaces.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain campus areas indoors and outdoors.
• Track and manage inventory of supplies to avoid shortages.
• Reset and clean meeting rooms, studios, restrooms, and member areas.
• Support studio and AV teams with event setups and productions.
• Assist café operations: food prep, service, and dishwashing.
• Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards across spaces.
• Report maintenance issues and support managers with tasks as needed.
• Maintain a proactive, detail-oriented approach to space management.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay current with best practices.
