Job summary

Ivy Tech Community College, Sellersburg is seeking a part-time Campus Activities Board Assistant to help plan, coordinate, and implement student events under the Office of Student Life. The role centers on supporting event logistics, promotion, and post-event assessment, with a focus on representing student voices in planning.

Work up to 20 hours per week (Mon-Thu 10am-2pm; more during busy periods). Requires a high school diploma and customer service experience, plus an interest in event

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Interest in event planning and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Represent the student body's voice when selecting events with SGA.
• Assist with event logistics, setup/teardown, attendance, outreach and marketing.
• Track Student Org needs in IvyLife on a weekly basis.
• Create promotional flyers and materials for events/activities.
• Distribute event materials on campus.
• Assist with post-event assessment for CAB/Student Life.
• Attend Ivy Tech Sellersburg events and activities.
• Participate in CAB/Student Life meetings and plan events.
• Encourage student involvement and help maintain the Student Life Center.
