Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Uphold mascot brand and persona for Ivy Tech Marion.
• Assist in Student Life events, campaigns, and guest interactions.
• Maintain mascot costume and safety.
• Support planning and logistics for events and meetings.
• Create campus materials and maintain bulletin boards.
• Lead Campus Activities Board activities as needed.
• Manage IvyLife portal events and postings.
• Provide administrative support to student organizations.
• Coordinate facilities, catering, AV requests, and attendance.
• Answer phones, greet visitors, and route information.
• Schedule and support campus and virtual meetings.
