Ivy Tech Community College seeks a part-time CAB Assistant to support Student Life initiatives and co-curricular programming at multiple locations. You will be the first contact for students and visitors, helping with events, postings, and staff coordination.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and logistics, with opportunities to gain event planning experience and contribute to student engagement.

Qualifications

• Must be a current Ivy Tech student enrolled for at least 6 credit hours.
• Strong communication and public interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in event planning or student organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, marketing, and facilitating student life events and meetings.
• Create and maintain Student Life materials and campus postings.
• Provide front-line service to internal and external customers.
• Support campus activities across Fort Wayne and Kosciusko County locations.
• Maintain IvyLife portal event creation and participation.
