Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3 years or more of event planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead campus rentals program including Founders Hall and other locations.
• Manage rental process from inquiry to contract, planning and post-event follow-up.
• Develop annual marketing strategy to promote campus rentals and revenue.
• Oversee day-to-day logistics, calendars, and liaison with the exclusive caterer.
• Build relationships with clients, vendors, and community partners; ensure safety protocols.
