Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead the campus rentals program across Founders Hall and other campus spaces, overseeing contracts, coordination, and post-event follow-up.
• Develop and implement external sales and marketing efforts to grow revenue opportunities for campus rentals.
• Prepare monthly rental activity, revenue, and expense reports; monitor budgets and program performance.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners (including safety and catering) to ensure successful event planning and execution.
