Job summary

Eastern University is seeking an Athletics Rental Supervisor to oversee on-campus rental operations, ensuring facilities and equipment are prepared and maintained for each event. The role represents the University and enforces Athletics policies while welcoming external parties to campus.

The successful candidate will arrive 45 minutes before rentals, assist renters during events, and return spaces and equipment to their proper condition after each rental, upholding safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• CPR/AED certification required.
• Availability on Sundays in the early morning until the evening.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Commitment to the mission and values of Eastern University, including Christian education.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with diverse campus populations.

Responsibilities

• Set up facilities and equipment for rental spaces.
• Provide supervision and oversight of rental facilities, ensuring that University and Athletics policies are being followed.
• Assist renters with facility and equipment issues as they arise.
• Ensure that rental spaces and equipment are returned to their proper state at the conclusion of the rental period.
