Job summary

You will direct guests to parking areas and work in varying temperatures, performing standing, sitting, walking, and lifting duties (up to 30 lbs) while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• One year customer service or related experience or equivalency.
• Demonstrated human relations and effective communications skills.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Collect parking fees from customers with accuracy and a smile.
• Prepare and complete accurate records and reports.
• Assist customers in a courteous manner, and answering general questions with a positive attitude.
• Perform various traffic control responsibilities.
• Monitor all radio traffic; communicating with appropriate coworkers and management when necessary.
• Audit cars in a parking lot and monitor parking facilities for space availability and safety concerns.
• Change signage at parking locations and communicate as needed.
