Job summary

Oklahoma State University Stillwater campus is seeking a Facilities Support Specialist to help create an exceptional environment for students, faculty, staff and visitors.

This dynamic position supports daily facilities operations, supervises student employees, manages space and inventory needs, and coordinates work orders and facility requests. It also provides basic technology support for classroom use to ensure seamless campus operations.

Qualifications

• Requires High School/GED; degree must be conferred by start date.
• Post-secondary education may substitute for years of required experience.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facility and equipment setups for meetings, conferences, and special events.
• Monitor building usage.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Assist with routine maintenance and upkeep.
• Provide backup support for duplication services, including copying exams, syllabi, and other academic materials.
