• High school diploma or GED plus five years of full-time work experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree may substitute for the five-year experience requirement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event logistics and serve as the main contact for internal and external requests.
• Confirm room reservations, layouts, equipment, and service needs.
• Use FMX to manage setup requests and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Set up events with tables, chairs, staging, décor, AV, and registration areas.
• Break down setups, pack equipment, and restore venues to original condition.
• Support campus readiness with light maintenance and facility tasks.
• Represent Fletcher professionally and communicate clearly with students, guests, and colleagues.
