Responsibilities

• Coordinate event logistics and act as main contact for internal and external requests.
• Confirm room reservations, layouts, equipment, and service needs.
• Use FMX to manage setup requests and coordinate with multiple teams.
• Set up spaces with tables, chairs, staging, decor, AV, and signage.
• Load, unload, and move event materials; restore spaces after events.
• Support campus readiness with light maintenance and facilities tasks.
• Contribute to campus activities and represent the college professionally.
