Job summary

Weber State University is seeking an Employee Engagement & Success Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute campus HR initiatives, improving the employee experience. The role bridges HR and the campus community, collaborating with leaders and employees at all levels to train, engage, and develop talent.

The position leads the Employee Engagement and Success team and the Search Advocate program, with duties including training, engaging with search committees, and other supervisory tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Four years related experience including coaching, training, project management or program development.
• Experience in instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute campus-serving HR initiatives aligned with the HR mission.
• Build relationships with campus leaders and employees to support departments and teams.
• Plan, train, and coach employees; develop and launch new initiatives.
• Oversee HR-sponsored campus events and campus-wide communication with leadership.
