Qualifications

  • 60 hours of undergraduate college coursework in business administration.
  • Six (6) years of experience in human resources or related field incl. policy compliance and recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with hiring managers to advise on best practices for the hiring process including interviewing aspects and ATS usage.
  • Build rapport with university areas to become a go-to expert on hiring processes.
  • Document intake meetings, enter information into ATS, and ensure policy compliance.
  • Perform regular audits, I-9 appointments, trainings and reporting needs.
  • Participate in full recruitment lifecycle as primary or backup depending on assignment/skillset.
  • Identify training needs and contribute to university-wide trainings and improvements.
