Job summary

Western Governors University is seeking a People & Talent Program Manager (Performance Management) to lead the design and evolution of our performance and talent management programs. This senior, enterprise-level role translates business strategy into scalable talent solutions, strengthening performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in related roles.
• Experience leading enterprise-level program design, strategy, and large-scale initiatives.
• Experience with Workday is preferred or highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, design, and evolution of enterprise performance management and talent management programs.
• Align programs to organizational priorities to drive engagement and long-term performance.
• Define enterprise frameworks, methodologies, and standards for consistency and scalability.
• Serve as the enterprise owner of performance management philosophy and pay-for-performance alignment.
• Establish and oversee program governance, controls, and operating models.
