Qualifications

• One year of supervisory experience in a food service establishment is required.
• Experience in a Higher Education food service establishment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees assigned staff and operations within retail and/or residential dining.
• Assists management in implementing new culinary programs.

Skills

Knowledge of MS Office Suite

Leadership and/or training experience

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Undergraduate or advanced degree in a related field
