Job summary

Aramark Florida is seeking a Food Service Manager to lead dining operations within our Student Nutrition program. You will develop and implement dining solutions, oversee daily service, and ensure safety, sanitation, and customer satisfaction.

You will manage a team using Aramark's coaching model, drive cost controls, and work to meet client and company financial targets while maintaining high-quality meals for students and staff.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a management role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop dining team using Aramark's coaching model.
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations.
• Manage P&L statements and meet client financial targets.
• Identify client needs and communicate operational progress.
• Oversee production, quality, and front-of-house operations.
• Plan daily team briefings and ensure staff training.
