Aramark in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Food Service Manager to lead dining operations, develop a high-performing team, and ensure quality service meeting client expectations across a cafeteria and residential dining setting.

You will manage menus, coach staff, ensure safety and sanitation, and drive financial performance while delivering an excellent guest experience in a dynamic food service environment.

Formación

• Requires at least 1 year of experience.
• Requires at least 1 year of experience in a management role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark's standard service model.
• Ability to maintain an effective working relationship with other departments to a unified food service experience for all customers.
• Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lb.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop dining team using Aramark coaching model.
• Identify client needs and communicate progress with clients.
• Manage P&L statements and deliver client and company financial targets.
• Adopt Aramark processes, understand performance metrics, and educate teams on improving margins.
• Ensure safety, quality, and sanitation standards across operations.
• Oversee front-of-house dining operations in conjunction with the Food Service Director.
