Aramark is seeking a Food Service Manager to oversee dining operations, lead a team, and ensure high-quality service that meets client expectations. The role emphasizes coaching, safety, and cost control within a dynamic school-nutrition environment.

The position requires at least 1 year in a management role, strong interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to manage P&L and operational metrics to drive margins and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of experience
• Requires at least 1 year of experience in a management role
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships
• Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark's standard service model
• Ability to maintain an effective working relationship with other departments to a unified food service experience for all customers
• Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lb.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.

Responsabilités

• Identify client needs and communicate operational progress
• Manage and deliver P&L statements and meet financial targets
• Drive efficient operations with cost controls and margin improvements
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance across all dining operations
