Responsibilities

• Assist in directing daily operations of a college residential dining facility.
• Supervise activities of assigned staff, including students and full-time employees.
• Administer systems for inventorying, purchasing, pricing, producing, displaying, merchandising, marketing, advertising, promoting, and selling products to maximize sales and profit.
• Support strategic planning, policy development, budgeting, and department marketing activities.
• Communicate effectively with customers, staff, campus groups, and vendor representatives.
• Participate in training activities and supervise students and interns/trainees.
