Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Ability to handle and lift heavy kitchen utensils and supplies (e.g. 40 pounds).
• Good physical health; some knowledge/experience in basic food prep, service, and sanitation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to instructions and maintain a clean, sanitary area.
• Provide high-quality service to customers and support department customer service objectives.
• Direct and assist student employees in food prep and service and in dishwashing/pot-and-pan operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
