Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and perform basic math.
• Ability to lift and handle heavy kitchen utensils and supplies (≈40 lb).
• Good physical health.
• Basic knowledge of food prep, service, or sanitation with customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to instructions and follow proper handling techniques.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, safe service area and dining room.
• Assist in serving lines and meeting customer service objectives.
• Train and assist student employees in food preparation and service.
• Set up and replenish service areas and dishwashing/pot-and-pan areas.
