Job summary

Bon Appetit Management Company seeks a seasoned General Manager to lead campus dining operations at a university setting. You will direct all dining, retail, and catering programs, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strong financial stewardship.

The role requires relocation to the Kenosha, WI area and close collaboration with campus partners. You will manage a diverse team, drive engagement, and champion continuous improvement while delivering a best-in-class dining program for students,

Qualifications

• Requires leadership experience in higher education dining operations.
• Experience managing college dining programs including residential, retail, and catering.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and mentor teams.
• Strong financial management: budgets, forecasting, P&L, costs, and inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and support a diverse team of managers and frontline staff.
• Foster engagement, learning, growth, and recognition across dining teams.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
• Manage budgets, P&L, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Collaborate with campus stakeholders to align dining with student life.
• Ensure food safety, HACCP, and regulatory compliance.
