We are seeking an experienced executive chef for Elior Collegiate Dining at the University of Dubuque. In this role you will lead food production, ensure quality standards, and create healthy, guest-focused menus.

You will supervise purchasing, recipes, and cost objectives, plan events, and mentor the culinary team. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and budget statements is required; 3+ years of culinary experience.

Qualifications

• Three+ years progressive culinary experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with budget statements.

Responsibilities

• Supervising quality standards and practices of food production, including purchasing, food specs, meal prep, service and sanitation.
• Developing standardized recipes and using production tools to meet quality and cost objectives.
• Planning and executing special events.
