Qualifications

• At least three years of progressive culinary experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft software programs.
• Experience with budget statements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise quality standards across food production, purchasing, specs, prep, service and sanitation.
• Develop standardized recipes and production tools to meet quality and cost targets.
• Participate in planning and execution of special events.
