Elior Collegiate Dining at Wheeling University in Wheeling, WV is seeking an experienced executive chef to lead the campus dining team and ensure delicious, healthy meals for guests. You will oversee the entire food production process, including purchasing, recipe development, and service, while upholding high quality and sanitation standards.

The role requires a minimum of three years of progressive culinary experience, proficiency with Microsoft tools, and budget management.

Qualifications

At least three years of progressive culinary experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft software programs.
Experience with budget statements.
Associate’s degree in culinary arts.

Responsibilities

Supervising the quality standards and practices of the food production process, including purchasing, food specifications, meal preparation, service, and sanitation.
Developing standardized recipes and utilizing other production tools to ensure food quality and cost objectives are met.
Participating in the planning and execution of special events.
