Elior Group seeks an experienced Executive Chef for Wheeling University to lead collegiate dining operations and deliver delicious, healthy menus for guests.

You will supervise production quality, develop standardized recipes, manage costs, and contribute to events. This onsite role requires a minimum of three years in progressive culinary roles and a working knowledge of budgeting and Microsoft Office. Qualifications

• Three+ years of progressive culinary experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience with budgeting and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Supervising the quality standards and practices of the food production process, including purchasing, food specifications, meal preparation, service, and sanitation.
• Developing standardized recipes and utilizing other production tools to ensure food quality and cost objectives are met.
• Participating in the planning and execution of special events.
