Job summary

Elior Group seeks an experienced Executive Chef for Wheeling University to lead collegiate dining operations and deliver delicious, healthy menus for guests.

You will supervise production quality, develop standardized recipes, manage costs, and contribute to events. This onsite role requires a minimum of three years in progressive culinary roles and a working knowledge of budgeting and Microsoft Office. The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated executive chef for our Elior Collegiate Dining team. As an executive chef, you will have the opportunity to prepare delicious, healthy food for guests.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supervising the quality standards and practices of the food production process, including purchasing, food specifications, meal preparation, service, and sanitation.
• Developing standardized recipes and utilizing other production tools to ensure food quality and cost objectives are met.
• Participating in the planning and execution of special events.

What we’re looking for:

Must-haves:

• At least three years of progressive culinary experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft software programs.
• Experience with budget statements.

Up to $60,000 / year based on experience.
