Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Proficiency with computers and ability to use email.

Responsibilities

• Master the Menu: execute standard recipes and keep stations stocked.
• Inventory & Logistics: requisition products and manage food supplies.
• Teamwork & Flow: coordinate kitchen to guest flow with FOH staff.
• Enter data into Netmenu system in absence of supervising chef.
• Maintain sanitation and delegate cleaning tasks to the team.
• Lead by example by completing prep lists and directing staff.
