The role emphasizes scratch cooking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy campus dining environment, with opportunities for growth within the Elior Collegiate Dining division.

Qualifications

• At least one years’ prior culinary experience in a high-volume establishment with scratch cooking emphasis.
• Knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use kitchen equipment and identify food items.
• Customer service experience is required.
