Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking an experienced cook to join a motivated kitchen team at Benedictine College – Dining Hall. You’ll work in a fast-paced, high-energy setting, focusing on quality meals and creative presentation while adhering to recipes and safety standards.

We value passion for food, scratch cooking expertise, and a commitment to excellent customer service within a growing collegiate dining program. Onsite employment with comprehensive campus benefits may be offered.

Qualifications

• At least one year's prior culinary experience in a quality, high-volume establishment with scratch cooking.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use various kitchen equipment and identify/differentiate food items.
• Customer service experience is required.
