Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking an experienced cook to join a fast-paced campus kitchen at NHTI. You will work with a motivated team, cook delicious meals, and ensure quality, portion control, and safe handling of ingredients.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year culinary experience in a high-volume, scratch-cooking environment.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to operate various kitchen equipment and distinguish food items.
• Customer service experience is required.
