Job summary

HES Facilities Management is seeking a custodial supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations across university complexes, supervising assistants and custodians, ensuring standards of cleanliness and safety.

You will coordinate staffing, schedules, payroll, training, and performance evaluations, maintain records, and manage event setup and supplies, with opportunities for advancement in a national education-focused employer.

Qualifications

• Supervises daily work of assistant supervisors and custodians and inspects areas.
• Prepares and submits work schedules and biweekly payroll.
• Evaluates performance and handles disciplinary actions.
• Designates shifts and coordinates custodial staff and training.
• Maintains records, reports and inventory; coordinates supplies.
