Job summary

HES is seeking a dedicated facilities supervisor to lead custodial teams across educational campuses. You will oversee daily cleaning operations, schedule staff, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to standards.

The role requires coordinating event setups, managing costs, and implementing policies. This is a full-time on-site position with minimal travel and occasional after-hours coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Driver's License required.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and operate cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily work of custodians; inspects assigned areas to ensure standards; prepares and submits schedules; handles biweekly payroll.
• Designates shift and area assignments; interprets contracts; conducts training for custodians; implements procedures.
• Coordinates cleanup projects and event setups across campuses; maintains records and reports; coordinates with vendors.
