Job summary

HES is seeking a 1st & 2nd Shift Custodial Supervisor to lead on-site cleaning teams at our educational facilities. 1st shift runs Monday–Friday 6:00am–2:30pm; 2nd shift runs Monday–Friday 3:00pm–11:30pm.

MUST HAVE SUPERVISOR EXPERIENCE and the ability to organize, assign and monitor daily work. You will train staff on safety, manage equipment and supplies, coordinate emergencies, and ensure quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisor experience.
• Organize, schedule, assign and perform daily work routines.
• Provide safety training and ensure proper PPE usage.
• Train new employees and coach current staff on procedures.
• Coordinate major cleaning projects with management.

Responsibilities
