Job summary

HES is seeking an Assistant Account Manager of Custodial Services in Naperville, IL to oversee daily cleaning operations across university facilities and supervise two assistant supervisors and 40 custodians.

You will coordinate staffing, training, and event setup, ensure adherence to contract standards, and maintain records and reports while partnering with campus stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required; competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred in a relevant field.
• Experience supervising custodial staff is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily work of custodians and two assistant supervisors.
• Generates schedules and biweekly payroll.
• Evaluates performance and conducts disciplinary actions.
• Coordinates staffing and events across campus facilities.
• Maintains records, reports, and vendor communications.
• Ensures safety and cleanliness standards are met.
