Sodexo is hiring a Cook at Rocky Mountain College. You will prepare and present a variety of hot and cold items, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced kitchen. The role requires following recipes, managing production, and maintaining sanitation.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of related foodservice experience.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Read and follow a recipe unsupervised.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and operation.

Mansioni

• Prepare, portion, cook, and present hot and cold items to Sodexo standards.
• Follow current recipes and product directions for quality and consistency.
• Estimate food requirements, plan production, and manage supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and uphold food safety.
• Work in a fast-paced kitchen and support team effectively.
