The Elior Collegiate Dining team at Miles College in Fairfield, AL seeks an experienced cook to join a fast-paced campus kitchen. This part-time, on-site role focuses on high-volume scratch cooking and delivering quality meals to students and staff.

You will handle portion control, food prep, creative presentation, proper storage, and adherence to safety policies. Prior culinary experience and customer service are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of culinary experience in a high-volume establishment with scratch cooking.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use various kitchen equipment and tools.
• Customer service experience is required.
