Job summary

WCTC is hiring a Project Manager - Construction to oversee capital construction, renovation, and remodeling projects across its multi-campus portfolio. You will lead from planning through closeout, develop schedules and budgets, and coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors while ensuring compliance with codes, ADA, and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive experience in construction project management.
• Experience managing projects from planning through closeout, including schedule, budget, and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of construction projects from planning to closeout across both campuses.
• Develop and manage project budgets and track expenditures.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, GC, and vendors; lead project meetings.
• Ensure compliance with state statutes, codes, ADA, sustainability, and safety requirements.
• Prepare bid docs, manage RFPs, and participate in contractor selection.
