Job summary

University of Colorado Boulder is seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan and execute campus construction and renovation projects. You will define scope, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal partners to ensure cost-effective delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, Architecture, or related field; experience may substitute for the degree.
• 3 years of construction project management experience on institutional or commercial buildings.
• Experience with cost estimating and schedule control.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage campus partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain master project schedules and budgets.
• Communicate with campus clients and coordinate with Facilities Management, EH&S, OIT, and Parking.
• Oversee bidding, contracts, and construction administration activities.
• Monitor progress, track design and construction variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead design meetings and ensure timely project delivery and reporting.
